He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fredericks and Agnes Fredericks (Griffin); and his brother James Fredericks. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Fredericks (Fish); his daughter Gwen Fredericks of Brookline; and his sister Loretta Swanson of Brookline. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
