He was predeceased by: his wife Maureen E. Carter (Robinson). He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth D. Carter, III of Brookline and Scott A. Carter (Mary) of Brockton; his grandchildren, Stefana, Samantha and Kenneth D. Carter, IV; and his siblings, Joan Robinson (late William) of Wilmington and Stanley Carter (Cheryl) of Middleboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
