She was predeceased by: her husband Allan S. MacGillivray; and her parents, Walter Power and Mary Power (Love). She is survived by: her children, Scott (Jan) of Natick, Peter (Cheryl) of Westwood, Kate of Brookline and Jane Tavolieri (Mario) of Newton; her grandchildren, Alec, Bryn MacGillivray (Denny Lynch), Mario, Emma and Sophie Tavolieri; and her sisters, Elizabeth "Betsy" Keohane (Frank) of Westwood and Susan Gallagher (Edward) of Hyannisport. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
