She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Schiller and Marianne Schiller (Karplus). She is survived by: her children, Martin R. Pollak and Eleanor S. Pollak; her grandsons, Benjamin and Samuel Pollak; her sister Gertrude Cohen; and her nieces, Anne Cohen (David Bressler) and Linda Weisberger (James).
