He is survived by: his daughters, Rory Ursula and Eleanor Katherine Sullivan; his parents, Frederick R. Sullivan and Lois K. Sullivan (Bradfield) of Tiverton, RI.; his sibling Michol Mary Levine (Bruce); his nieces and nephews, Brynne, Nicholas and Benjamin of Mansfield; his great-nieces and great-nephews, McKenzie, McKayla and Cooper; and his mother-in-law Virginia Livengood of Pittsburgh, PA.. He is also survived by twelve aunts and uncles, twelve first cousins and many friends.
