She was predeceased by: her spouse Myron "Mike" Lewis; and her sibling Beatrice Carp. She is survived by: her children, Gerald W. Lewis (Christina Keating) of Ashland and Ellen Lewis Gideon (Jeffrey Gideon) of Irvington, NY.; her grandchildren, Aaron D. Lewis, Jacob D. Lewis, Rachel Gideon and Matthew Gideon; and her great grandchildren, Ayah, Naseem, Myka and Asher.
