Walsh (Brookline, Massachusetts), born in Charlestown, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 19, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Doyle and Helen Doyle; her sisters, Katherine and Helen; her spouse Det; her children, Kate Walsh (Erik Garpestad) of Boston, Liz Walsh Nelligan (John) of Dedham, Joseph V. Walsh, Jr. (Kathi) of Columbia, MD., Mary Walsh Meidlinger (late Leo J. Meidlinger) of Chevy Chase, MD. and Caroline Walsh Hughes of Foxboro; and her grandchildren, Maria, Claire Garpestad, Catherine Hughes and Leo Walsh Meidlinger. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited. (COVID-19 guidelines will be followed with use of masks and social distancing maintained.) Interment Walnut Hills Cemetery.

“Harry and I loved our neighborly meetings at CVS at Putterham. Bette updated us on local Gossip, and her view of Town Politics. My best visit lasted over half and hour, and Bette said, “Well, Joe doesn’t know it, but he is getting a Ham and Cheese for dinner “. Hilarious!”
