Holzworth Sr. of So and Easton; his grandchildren, Dale F. Jr., Ashley K. and Hunter L. Holzworth; his siblings, Margaret Street (Holzworth) of Indiana and James "Jimbo" Holzworth; and his great grandchildren, Za'Kariyah Rose and Zaytiri Holzworth.
