He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Casey O'Callaghan and Michael Joseph O'Callaghan; and his siblings, Michael, David, Timothy, Joan O'Callaghan and Margaret O'Leary. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and friends.
