He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wu Lin Chan and Siu Eng Huang Chan of Pingtung, Taiwan.; his wife Yuk Keng "Diane" Chan; his sister Grace; his brother-in-law Ken Yuan of Morristown; his children, Clara Chan (Eric Meyer), Effie Chan (Dan Rabinovitz) and Bert Chan (Yelin Song) of New York; and his grandchildren, Claudia, Evan Meyer, Callie, Josh Rabinovitz, Connor and Benji Chan.
