He was predeceased by: his close friend Geraldine Randolph; his father Simon McNeil; his siblings, Joseph McNeil, Caroline Tracey, Stephen McNeil, Sally Hanifin, Gerald McNeil, Leonard McNeil and Harold McNeil; and his stepchildren, Russell Randolph, Deborah Carney and Gail Mosquera.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Randolph and Jayne Rengifo; his stepdaughter Geri Randolph; and his grandchildren, Mona, Tony, Tracey, Keri, Leo III, Kyle, Helmer Jr., Bonnie, David, Matthew, Bianca, Donaldo III and Tozia. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
