She was loved and cherished by many people including: her former husband Dr. Robert B. Ullian; her children, Peter Ullian (Michele), Erik Ullian (Kimberly) and Alisa Ullian Walls (Scott Walls); her brothers, Peter, Alex and Henry of Leeuw; her cousins, Marja and Gerard Lindgreen; and her parents, Jacoba Rachalina van Riessen of Leeuw and Dr. Karel of Leeuw. She was also cherished by siblings and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Annette's memory may be made to the ProMedica Memory Care Fund or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
