He was predeceased by: his wife Christine E. Williams (Noonan); and his brother James R. Williams. He is survived by: his son Casey T. Williams of Brimfield; his siblings, Paul Williams (Randi) of Marblehead, Robert Williams (Lisa Pope) of Monson and Margaret Dowling (Peter) of Brimfield; and his parents, Roger J. Williams and Barbara E. Williams (Taylor). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
