She was predeceased by: her husband Edward H. Hayes; her siblings, Louis, Victor, Francis, Charles, Dorothy, Betty Ann and Claire; her daughter-in-law Diana Hayes; and her parent Alfred.
She is survived by: her sons, Edward H. Hayes of Southbridge and William T. Hayes (Wendy) of Brookfield; her grandchildren, Kelly Hayes, Karen Hayes, Christine Pelletier (Alan) and Thomas Hayes (Nicole); her siblings, Emile Boucher, Pauline Herbert, Rose Cassavant, Ruthie LaBonte and Janet Morin; and her parent Eva (Courville). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
