He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bolaske and Elvia Bolaske (Maki); his son Joseph Bolaske; his stepson Timothy Sprout; and his sister Helen P Collick.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn F. Bolaske (Phillips); his stepchildren, Gail Jette (Joel), James Sprout (Joanne), William Sprout, Mary Boone and Kathleen Corriveau (Rusty); and his daughters, Antoinette Allard (Michael), JoAnn Fitzpatrick (Michael), Rosemarie Stebbins and Barbara Bolaske.
