Leonard (John) of Duxbury, Kim S. Kelley (Charles) of Dorchester and Craig M. Fairfield of Boston; his grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan, Sarah Leonard, Devin, Rylie and Casey Kelley; and his siblings, Jon Fairfield of Bonita Springs, FL, Tana Lilienthal and Newfane.
