He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Allison and Virginia Allison (Duffy); and his wife Linda L. Allison (Smith). He is survived by: his sons, Stefan Allison (Ann) of Methuen, Jayson Allison of Abington and Christopher Allison of Brockton; his grandchildren, Devon, Caleb, Lily, Joesef and Rowan; and his brother Robert Allison (Nancy) of Connecticut.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society.
