He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonas "Leo" Venckus and Patricia Venckus (Platkauskas) of Brockton; his children, Stephen J. Venckus, Nicholas W. Venckus and Alyssa M. Venckus of Bridgewater; his grandchildren, Aidan T. Venckus and Lucy M. Parker; his siblings, Julie Nesseralla, Leo Venckus, Peter Venckus of East Bridgewater, Kristina Stockford, Navy, Vincent Venckus of Bridgewater and Regina Walker; and his friend Joyce Lewis.
