He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy J Foster (Cochrane). He is survived by: his father Steven G. Foster Sr.; and his siblings, Christine, Joanna, William, Barbara and Shawna. He is also survived by his several aunts, uncles, and nieces, and nephews, in addition to many amazing friends.
