Costello (Amy) of Hyde Park; his grandchildren, Kyleigh, Kennedy, Olivia, Jackson, Reese and Harper; his siblings, Lynda Carlozzi (Richard) of Brockton, Kenneth Costello (Lisa) of Raynham, Michael Costello Jr. (Cindy) of Norton and Theresa Murphy (Paul) of Weymouth; and also Rose M. Costello. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
