She is survived by: her children, Joe J. Akstin (Corrie) of Buzzards Bay, Denise M. Goldsmith (Rick) of South Easton and John W. Akstin Jr. (Victoria) of Bridgewater; her grandchildren, Danielle, Derrick, Jason and Brittany; her great grandchildren, Gracie, Isabella, Kaylee, Payton and Niko; and her sister Josephine "Dolly" Ciffelli of Velencia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
