He was predeceased by: his parents, Elin Bamford (Johnson) and William Bamford; his grandparents, Bernard, Ada Johnson, Ernest and Francis Bamford; his brother Paul; and his son Mark (Noreen) of Brockton.

He is survived by: his wife Dianne Bolster of Brockton; his sister-in-law Arlene Bamford; his sister Patricia (Kevin Alles) of Brockton; his sons, Paul of Brockton, Scott (Robyn) of Easton, Donald of Brockton and Brian of Randolph; and his great grandchildren, Shawn, Joshua, Michelle, Brendan, Alicia, Cassidy, Erin, Alex, Samantha, Max, Kelsie, Alyssa, Eric, Julian, Nathan and Evan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
