He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benjamin Kovner and Edith Kovner; his wife Selma Kovner (Yaffe); his children, Linda (Jeff) of Canton and Laurence of Hudson; his grandsons, Matthew Bennett (Lindsey Trett Bennett) and Eric Bennett (Samantha Ferris); and his siblings, Joyce Abromowitz and Richard Kovner. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
