He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Murphy and Lillian G. Murphy; his brothers, Billy and Larry Murphy; and his nephew Joseph Murphy.
He is survived by: his former wife Susie; his children, Tomas S. Murphy and Kathleen F. Murphy; his granddaughter Sophie G. Green; his sister-in-law Penny Murphy; his nephew James Murphy; and his niece Jeannie Murphy.
