He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bethoney and Elsie Bethoney (Yahoub). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Bethoney (Levy); his children, Richard Bethoney (Karen) of Middleburg, FL, Helen Ward of West Bridgewater, MA and Maxwell Bethoney of Taunton, MA; his grandchildren, Robert, Chris Richard, Kristen Lavalee, Maxwell, Katherine and Sarah Bethoney; and his brother James Bethoney (Linda) of Arizona. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
