She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonia Lombardi (Ferullo) and John Lombardi; and her brother John Lombardi of West Roxbury, MA. She is survived by: her sister Georgia Miller (late Frederick Miller) of Brockton, MA.; her children, Tom, Mark and Kimberly; her grandchildren, Antonia, Daniel, Nick, Maxton and Logan; and her great grandchild Alexandra. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Patricia's name to the Alzheimer's Association of Boston, MA.
