Patricia M. Bjornholm Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2022, at the age of 95, Patricia M. Bjornholm of Brockton, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dexter and Pauline Polk (Little); her husband Carleton Leonard Bjornholm; her children, Linda Derocher and William Bjornholm; her siblings, Dexter Polk Jr., Barbara Hunter and Kenneth Polk; and her niece Janice Burns of Hanover. She was also cherished by other nieces and nephews.
