She was predeceased by: her husband Winston L. Fairfield, Jr.; her parents, James E. Tweddale and Ruth G. Tweddale (Banta); and her brother James D. Tweddale of Alameda, CA. She is survived by: her children, Kelly A. Leonard (John) of Duxbury, Kim S. Kelley (Charles) of Dorchester and Craig M. Fairfield of Boston; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan, Sarah Leonard, Devin, Rylie and Casey Kelley.
