It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma E. Williams of Brockton, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 9, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Cogswell (Waite) and Vincent Cogswell of Brockton; and her sister Janet Dunajski (Cogswell) of Braintree. She is survived by: her husband James H. Williams Sr. of Weymouth; her children, James H. Williams Jr. of Framingham, Kathleen Otto of Weymouth, Steven Williams of Braintree, Mark Williams of Framingham, Cynthia and Christine Williams; her grandchildren, Christin, Natasha, Jeffery, Tess, Emma and Michael; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Jacob, Analia, Kaitlyn and Kourtney. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
