She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald C. Smith Sr. and Edna L. Smith; and her siblings, Sandra B. Jones, Donald C. Smith Jr., Madeline E. Smith, Kenneth E. Smith and Doreen J. Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Calvin Williams; her brothers, Darryl L. Smith (Darlene Dombroski) and Gary L. Smith (Melissa Pena); her sister-in-law Patricia S. Smith; and her pet Floyd Williams.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made in Nancy E. Williams honor to the American Heart Association.
