She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Fortin Clement of Tennessee, Kenneth Fortin (Olivia) of Cana, VA, Bruce Fortin (Toni) of Wilson, N. Carolina, Joseph Germinario of New Bedford and Dina South (Timothy) of New Port Richey, FL. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
