She was predeceased by: her husband David L. Saba, Sr.; her parents, Curtis Searles and Doris Searles (Benoit); and her sister Betty Johnson. She is survived by: her children, David L. Saba, Jr. of Bourne, Mark C. Saba (Christine) of Mansfield and Kristen M. Brechter (Henry) of Bridgewater; her grandchildren, Catherine Saba of Austin, TX, Henry Brechter of Bridgewater, Louis Brechter of Bridgewater, Karoline Brechter of Bridgewater, Abbey Saba of Bourne and Emily Saba of Bourne; and her siblings, Judie Fuller of Taunton and Carole Yates. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Marlene's family has requested that donations in her memory be made to the New England Center and Home for Veterans, 17 Court St., Boston, MA 02108.
