Maria Bester Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Bester of Brockton, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 14, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Szwedko and Felicja Szwedko (Okscin); her husband Leo Bester; and her brother Chester. She is survived by: her children, Beata Boucher (Raymond) of Brockton and Bożena Franczak (Piotr) of Poland; her grandchildren, Raymond A. Boucher, Allie Ippolito, Kevin M. Boucher, Samantha Westgate, David Franczak, Kasia, Mateuz Franczak and Agatka; her great grandchildren, Holden M. Boucher and Rȯza Franczak; and her siblings, Jadwyga "Jackie" Zygmunt, Irena Sabina-Calabrese (Domenic), George Szwedko, Julian, Janina, Jeffrey Szwedko and Felicija Bartnik. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
