He is survived by: his children, Giovanni Carderon of Dartmouth, Elijah Rosairo of Fall River, Luis Colon of New Jersey, Maria Colon of Brockton, Sophia Colon of New Bedford and Grace Colon of New Jersey; his siblings, Jesus, Edgardo Colon, Alexis, Benjamin Ortiz and Carmen Ortiz; and his grandchildren, Na'Ila, Giovanni and Jarielys. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
