He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carol LaMonica (Lojko) of Las Vegas, NV and Lawrence A. LaMonica Sr. of Brockton; his children, Kevin Rooney, Alexa, Lawrence A. LaMonica III, Bonny, Matthew S. LaMonica, Danielle, Robert L. Porazzo III (Laura Cereghino) and Jason M. LaMonica; his grandchildren, Owen LaMonica, David "Jack" Johnson, Lily Rooney, Camden LaMonica, Domenic LaMonica, Dennis Rooney and Rhys LaMonica; and his siblings, Steven LaMonica, Liz, Lisa Routson, Suzanne "Suzy" LaMonica-Karris and Mark.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society.
