He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmelo Bari and Maria Bari (Ciciulla); and his brothers, Sebastiano "Jim" Bari and Phillip Bari Sr.. He is survived by: his spouse Kazuko "Kathy" Bari (Azama); his children, Monna Bari of Plymouth and Tomi Bari (Heather) of Jewett City, CT; and his grandchildren, Lilliannah, Theodore Bari, Talula, Prince and Leo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
