He is survived by: his wife Carolyn (Lacey); his children, Cory (Crystal), Kelsea (Shane), Zach (Teresa), Patrick and Hailey (Tommy); his grandchildren, Peter, Henry, Izabella and Lorenzo; and his close friends, Capo and Lucci. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
