She was predeceased by: her brother Andre Giezenberg. She is survived by: her brother Herman Giezenberg; her children, Jim Willemsen and Ellen Willemsen; her husband Richard Willemsen; and her daughter Debby Willemsen.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Old Colony Hospice.
