With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jannette (Jany) Szyp of Brockton, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Szyp; and her father Gilberto Malave-Acevedo. She is survived by: her mother Ana Aguirre of Fitchburg; her children, Ana Yera of Abington, Oscar Lozada and Timothy Szyp (Brockton); her siblings, Zulma Malave of Fitchburg, Elizabeth Valazquez of New Bedford, Ana Serrano of Quincy, Angela Malave of Virginia, Juanita Dingle of Virginia, Luis Aguirre of Revere and Aaron Malave of Virginia; and her grandchildren, Trevor, Isaiah, Jovanni, Aaliyah, Jordan, Natalie, Karina, Xavier, Julius, Jiraiya, Ariana and Asaiah.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel (238 Court St, Brockton, MA 02302).
