He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Shaevitz (Barry) and Morris Shaevitz; his spouse Fortunee Shaevitz (Sasson); and his brother Lawrence Shaevitz. He is survived by: his children, Michael Shaevitz (Andrea), Lisa Swanson (Brian) and Jodie Cronin (Timothy); and his grandchildren, Lauren Shaevitz, Zoey, Max Swanson, Matthew and Jack Cronin.
