It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Honorio Fernandes of Brockton, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 8, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his mother Matilde Dos Santos; his children, Sean Harris and Elizabeth Pina; and his siblings, Rosa and Oliver (Carmen). He is also survived by three grandchildren, a loving aunt and uncle, a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the George Lopes Funeral Home-Brockton (647 Main St, Brockton, MA 02301). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Edith Stein Parish (71 E Main St, Brockton, MA 02301). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 12:45 PM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery.
