He is survived by: his father Antolin Castillo; his wife Martha Velasquez; his children, Hermese Mason (Velasquez), Carla Velasquez, Herman Nolberto, Roshanda Valerie Whitaker (Cobb) and Torsonna Cobb; and his siblings, Gayle Tolentina Guzman (Herrera-Velasquez), Dorrine Mejia, Sulma Mejia (Castro Ventura), Sandra Miller (Castro Ventura), Erica Castro Ventura, Helen Castro Ventura, Suyapa Gerrero (Castro Ventura) and Elias Castro Ventura. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
