He was predeceased by: his father George Thomas; his siblings, Saad, Johnny, Michael, Lillian, Marion and Joseph; his parents-in-law, John and Mildred Butler; and his siblings-in-law, Butchy Mandeville, Ray Robishaw, Bruno Martelli, George Asack and Bea Duff.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Ann Thomas (Butler); his children, George Jr. (Helen), Sherrie Rioux, Debra Thomas-Beal (Jeff) and Michael Thomas (Tricia); his grandchildren, April, Alicia (Dan), Justin (Alyson), Tim, Ryan, Shannon, Catie, Danny, Sarah, Alyssa and Katelyn; his sister Nellie Asack; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Mandeville, Lynne Jamoulis (Jimmy) and John Butler (Jan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Brockton Education Foundation, for a scholarship in his name, or ARC of Greater Brockton.
