He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bradshaw and Margaret Bradshaw (Cooper); his daughter Patricia; and his siblings, William Bradshaw and Shirley Dawkins.

He is survived by: his spouse Carmen M. Bradshaw (Fernandes); his children, Pamela Nieves (Louis) of Randolph, Ellie Bradshaw Harrison (Bobby) of Brockton, Tanya "Moon" Bradshaw (David) of Brockton, Jackie Bradshaw of Brockton, Josette "Jobabe" Bradshaw of Brockton, George "Boomie" Bradshaw III of Brockton and Stephanie Fernandes; his siblings-in-law, Jesse Dawkins and Abdul Fernandes; his aunt Ida; his uncle Luther of Philadelphia, PA; and his godsons, Larry Fernandes and Kent Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
