He was predeceased by: his parents, Herminio Miranda Maldonado and Jacinta Pagan Pagan; and his siblings, Hector Miranda Pagan, Aida Miranda Flores and Miriam Miranda Martinez.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Miranda (Rodriguez); his children, Francisco J. Miranda of Revere, Carol Miranda of Cambridge, Hector F. Miranda of Houston, TX, Joel F. Miranda (Mellie Sanchez) of Revere, Neil O. Miranda (Fredy Yepes) of Revere and Lisnelle M. Miranda of Brockton; his grandchildren, Mikel Miranda, Franky Miranda, Xavier Miranda, Justin Fontanez, Yadiris Fontanez, Joshua Fontanez and Max M. Miranda; his great grandchildren, William J. Miranda, Savannah Miranda and Shemar O. Matthews; and his siblings, Teodoro Miranda Pagan of Puerto Rico and Leonides Miranda Rodriguez of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
