He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyed Williams and Ilene Williams (Smith); and his brother Rev. Robert A. Williams. He is survived by: his wife Elvira (Sahagun); his daughters, Janet Williams of Dickinson, ND and Christine (David Seidler) of Dickinson, ND; and his granddaughter Amanda Williams of Brockton.
