She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence J. Bennett and Beatrice Bennett (Plantier); her husband Richard A. Day Sr.; her daughter Donna McNair; and her sister Clara Bennett.
She is survived by: her children, Richard A. Day Jr. (Carly), Lisa Simione and Glenn Fredette; her grandchildren, Lyndsay (Tim), Glenn Jr., Gino, Anthony, Adam, Michael, Evan and Amya; her great grandchildren, Austin, Imani, Isabella and Rayna; and her sisters, Cathy Paress of Plymouth and Aline D. Lajoie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
