It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernestine Carter of Brockton, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 21, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Evelyn Hammond. She is survived by: her children, Sebra Carter, Tyisha Carter and Terremell Carter; and her siblings, Teresa Lipscomb and Tulene Johnson. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
