He was predeceased by: his parents, Honorable Veteran Charles Milburn Sr. and Agnes Milburn. He is survived by: his godparents, Pastor Michael, Eva Gilbert, Charmaine Bullard and Makai Gilbert; and his aunt Ina Malcolm Butler.
