We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2024, at the age of 95, Charlene B. Owens of Brockton, Massachusetts, born in Waynesboro, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Sapp and Mamie Sapp (Godbee); her son Jarrett Owens; and her great grandchild Torrey Owens. She is survived by: her son Ronald R. Owens of California; her grandchildren, Mystique Owens, Jarrett Owens Jr., John Owens, Lauren Gallant, Kyle Owens and Nikolas Owens; her great grandchildren, Chace, Skyla Owens, Isabella, Isaiah Gallant, Mariah and Tristan Simeone; and her sister Frances Clemmons of Southfield. She is also survived by siblings; she leaves a host of nieces, nephews.
